Delivery Partner Agreement
This agreement is between you and AIIBLUE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("OonDrop", "we", "us"), which runs the OonDrop platform (CIN U72900TN2023PTC158287; registered office: No. 31A, Ground Floor, Dr. Seethapathy Nagar, 100 Feet Taramani Link Road, Chennai City Corporation, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600042, India). It applies when you register in the OonDrop Delivery Partner app and whenever you go online to deliver.
By registering you agree to this agreement and to the Delivery Partner Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register.
1. Your relationship with OonDrop
- You are an independent service provider (a "platform worker"), not an employee of OonDrop. You choose when to go online and which delivery requests to accept.
- You provide your own vehicle, phone and mobile data, and you are responsible for your own fuel and running costs.
- Under the Code on Social Security, 2020, OonDrop is an "aggregator" and you are a "platform worker". OonDrop will register you and make any contribution the law requires once the government scheme applies. You may also register with the Tamil Nadu Platform Based Gig Workers' Welfare Board.
2. Who can deliver
To register and stay active you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- hold a valid driving licence for your vehicle, its registration certificate (RC) and valid insurance (and pollution certificate where needed);
- upload true documents and a clear photo, and keep them up to date;
- pass OonDrop's document check. OonDrop may refuse or pause an account whose documents are missing, expired or not genuine.
3. Delivering an order
- When you accept a request you agree to pick up the order from the restaurant and deliver it to the customer's address safely and without delay.
- Check the order at pickup, keep food sealed and upright, and use a clean delivery bag.
- Hand over the order only after the customer gives the delivery OTP. For a contactless drop-off, leave it where the customer asked and take the photo the app asks for.
- If you cannot reach the customer, follow the app's "Can't get the OTP?" steps; OonDrop support decides how the order ends.
- Calls with customers go through OonDrop's number. Do not save, share or use a customer's details for anything except the order.
4. Your pay
- Per delivery: a base amount plus an amount per kilometre, within a minimum and a maximum, as shown in the app before you accept (today Rs 20 + Rs 3 per km, Rs 23 to Rs 50 a delivery, plus Rs 10 for each extra stop on a combined trip). OonDrop may change these amounts; changes apply only to deliveries after they are shown in the app.
- Tips: 100% of a customer's tip goes to you.
- Incentives: any bonus or incentive is shown in the app with its rules before it starts.
- Payouts: your earnings are paid weekly to your bank account (today every Monday, when you have at least Rs 100), or sooner as an instant payout where the app offers it (today a Rs 5 fee, once a day).
- Your earnings, deliveries and payouts are listed in the app. Raise a question within 30 days through the support chat.
5. Cash on delivery
- For cash orders you collect the amount shown in the app and give change where needed.
- The cash you hold belongs to OonDrop and the restaurant until you deposit it. You must deposit it as the app shows; while you hold more than the cash limit (today Rs 2,000) you cannot accept new cash orders.
- Cash not deposited may be recovered from your earnings.
6. Conduct and safety
- Follow traffic laws, wear a helmet, and never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Be polite to customers and restaurant staff. Harassment, fraud, swapping or tampering with food, or false delivery claims lead to deactivation.
- Report accidents and safety problems to OonDrop support at once.
7. Your data and location
While you are online and during a delivery, the app shares your live location with OonDrop, the restaurant and the customer so they can follow the order. How we use your data is explained in the Delivery Partner Privacy Policy.
8. Pausing or deactivating your account
- OonDrop may pause or deactivate your account for serious or repeated breaches of this agreement, invalid documents, or fraud. We will tell you the reason in the app, except where the law prevents it.
- You may ask for a review through the support chat or the Grievance Officer; a person, not only an automated check, will look at it.
- You may stop using OonDrop at any time and delete your account in the app (Profile > Delete my account) or on the web. Earnings you are owed are paid before your account is removed.
9. Liability
You are responsible for your own vehicle and for loss or damage you cause by not following this agreement. Nothing in this agreement limits rights you have by law.
10. Complaints
Use the support chat first. If you are not satisfied, contact our Grievance Officer (see the Grievance Redressal and Contact page). We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.
11. Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement. When we do, the app shows the new version and asks you to agree before you go online again.
12. Law and courts
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
